    Diwali, the Indian New Year, is the most significant celebration everything being equal. 
    North and South India ascribe diverse significance to Diwali. In the north, Diwali starts the New Year and the celebration is committed to the god Ram and his significant other Sita and his sibling Lakshmana, who returned to the place where they grew up from an over ten-year wilderness oust.
